Established in 1984, Rebel Distributors Corp. is a veteran owned National Pharmaceutical Distributor licensed and located in Southern California, USA. Rebel Distributors Corp. is licensed to distribute pharmaceuticals in over 30 states as well as licensed by the DEA to handle pharmaceuticals that are Schedule 2, 3, 3N, 4 and 5. We are not a full-line wholesaler, rather more of a specialty or promotional wholesale distributor. Through our aggressive approach to purchasing, we strive to provide our customers with exceptional service on the items they need, at the best possible prices. Our goal is to always remain consistent with excellent service and pricing, while continuing to explore new opportunities for our customers.

Our customer base consists of many different classes of trade within the Pharmaceutical Industry with the majority of our customers falling within the following categories: Retail Pharmacies, Institutional Pharmacies, Urgent Care Clinics, Physicians, Home Healthcare, Retail Drug Chains, Surgery Centers, Dentists, Oncology Groups, Workers Compensation Clinics, and other licensed wholesale distributors.

Destry T. Setser
President and CEO
Mr. Setser’s background is one of both education and experience. Destry began his career as a Missile Technician in the elite United States Navy Submarine Service. After being Honorably Discharged Mr. Setser went to work as a maintenance engineer at “The Seattle Times.” After achieving a high level of success there, he was heavily recruited by Card Service International as an installation/technical support manager of sales. In 1996, Mr. Setser joined Rebel Distributors Corp. as the General Manager of Purchasing and Sales subsequent to being offered the opportunity as a result from his proven success in business management. Over the past decade, Destry has grown the company from a small business to a substantial middle market corporation with high profile (Fortune 50) customers. Through his excellent leadership, dedication, and experience he has created an environment founded on solid business fundamentals and core business strategies.

While working full time to nurture and grow his business, Mr. Setser has earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronic Technology, Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management and in 2002, Destry completed his MBA where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude Honors. Upon graduation, in recognition of his scholastic excellence and leadership qualities Destry was elected as a member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Business Administration Honors Society.

Mr. Setser has chosen to use his success to give back to his industry as well as the larger community. Mr. Setser serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Odyssey Organization (www.womensodyssey.org), which operates a women’s non-profit recovery house in the San Fernando Valley. Mr. Setser is also on the Board of Directors of Rebel Distributors Corp. and S&S Bankcard Systems.

Mr. Setser is a Wholesale Certified Designated Representative in both California (Exemptee in Charge) and Florida. Additionally, Destry is licensed in California as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).


Ari Greenwald
Executive Vice President and COO
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Greenwald attended Rabbinical school in New York and Israel then completed his studies with a Graduate degree and Rabbinical Ordination at the Yeshiva College in Sydney, Australia. In 1999, following graduation, Ari joined Rebel Distributors Corp.’s Purchasing Department. Over the last eight years, Ari worked closely with management learning all aspects of operations and the business. Mr. Greenwald took on a significant role in assisting in the establishment of its corporation to be based on strong business fundamentals and strategies. Thereby, he has been an essential part of streamlining and integrating new systems to enhance the quality of products and services for Rebel’s customers. Mr. Greenwald’s expertise to maximize opportunities will continue to help Rebel ensure its future growth and success.

In 2006, upon joining the Board of Directors, Mr. Greenwald, became a partner of Rebel Distributors Corp. Mr. Greenwald is a Wholesale Certified Designated Representative in California. Additionally, Ari is licensed in California as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
